TradersPost Review 2026: Pricing & Prop-Firm Automation Risks

TradersPost routes trading signals from tools such as TradingView to connected brokers, with paid live auto-submit starting at $49 per month. For prop traders, the deciding questions are whether the firm permits the setup and whether the connection supports the order protections you need—not just whether an account connects.

Quick verdict

TradersPost is worth investigating for an experienced trader with a permitted, carefully monitored alert-to-broker workflow. It is not a hands-off income product, a high-frequency execution platform or a way around prop-firm rules. This review evaluates documented capabilities, not live trading performance.

Key takeaways

  • Starting price: Starter is $49/month; annual billing shows $41.65/month equivalent, billed yearly.
  • Trial: seven days with paper auto-submit and manual submission on live accounts; paid plans unlock live auto-submit.
  • Permission: Tradovate or ProjectX connectivity does not establish your prop firm's approval.
  • Execution limits: failed orders are not retried, alerts can be delayed, and conflicting signals need careful handling.
  • ProjectX: the official prop-firm page says bracket orders are not currently supported through TradersPost.
  • Billing: subscriptions renew automatically; the published terms state no refunds, including unused periods and renewals.
  • Evidence boundary: no connected-account, live-trade, latency, support or renewal test was performed for this review.

What is TradersPost, and is it legitimate?

TradersPost is a documented software service for self-directed trading automation, not a broker or funding provider. Its Terms of Service identify the service as non-custodial and say it routes user-authorized instructions to the user's broker for execution.

Public pricing, technical documentation and a third-party review history establish an identifiable product. They do not prove execution reliability, profitability or suitability for your account. We have not audited the company, security controls or customer trading results.

FundingCodes is an approved referral partner and may earn a commission from qualifying referrals. We used public sources checked October 21, 2026, plus our separately dated billing-preview evidence. See our editorial policy.

How much does TradersPost cost in October 2026?

The official pricing table lists four paid tiers. We checked both billing views on October 21, 2026; these are published USD prices, not checkout-tested totals.

PlanMonthly billingMonthly equivalent, billed yearlyIncluded live / paper accountsAsset classes
Starter$49$41.651 / 41
Basic$99$84.152 / 62
Pro$199$169.153 / 83
Premium$299$254.156 / 10All

The yearly figures are not month-to-month payment offers. The page advertises 15% yearly savings and lists additional live accounts at $10/month each or paper accounts at $5/month each. Confirm how your exact evaluation or simulated account is classified before budgeting.

Budget separately for your signal/charting service, any market data, broker commissions and prop-firm fees. Tax treatment, regional eligibility and your complete combined bill were not verified. A software subscription does not cover a prop evaluation, activation charge or withdrawal condition.

For ProjectX-connected accounts, TradersPost's ProjectX documentation also requires a separate API Access subscription, listed at $29/month. This is outside the TradersPost plan price. Confirm any firm-specific exceptions or discounts and the total combined cost before subscribing.

What did our coupon test actually establish?

Our TradersPost coupon evidence records code BFQKBEJG reducing Starter Monthly from $49.00 to $39.20 on October 16, 2026, without optional add-ons. The authenticated billing preview showed $9.80 off and $39.20 for both Total and Due Today; no payment or subscription change was made.

That test does not establish today's eligibility, other plans, annual stacking, taxes or renewal charges. The merchant's affiliate page describes 20% for the life of the subscription, but we did not test renewals. No best or exclusive discount is claimed.

How does TradersPost work with TradingView?

TradersPost receives configured alerts and routes trade instructions to a supported broker. A webhook is the message connecting the alert source to TradersPost; it is not proof that the broker accepted or filled an order.

  • Signal source: create and test your strategy or alert in a supported source such as TradingView or TrendSpider.
  • Routing configuration: select the connection, account, instrument, sizing and submission behavior.
  • Execution: the broker handles orders; compare its actual order and position state with your signal history.

The advertised seven-day trial supports automated paper submission and manual live submission. Paid live auto-submit is a different capability. Paper results do not establish real fills, latency or prop-firm compliance.

Can a prop trader safely assume a supported connection is allowed?

No. Technical compatibility and firm permission are separate checks. The official prop-firm page describes Tradovate and ProjectX connections, but explicitly says its listings do not authorize any particular use.

That page's policy table was marked last reviewed May 21, 2026 when we read it on October 21. We do not treat those summaries as current approval from each firm. Rules can differ between evaluation, simulated-funded and live stages.

ProjectX connection availability also depends on the current firm-specific integration arrangements. TradersPost's ProjectX setup guidance reports restrictions affecting most third-party prop-firm connections since February 28, 2026. Confirm that your particular firm still supports the TradersPost connection, not merely that it uses ProjectX.

  1. Confirm the exact firm, plan, account stage and permitted connection.
  2. Check automated entries, third-party signals and copying between your own accounts separately.
  3. Check drawdown, daily-loss, position-size, news and session-close requirements with the firm.
  4. Verify supported protective orders and how you will respond to a missed or rejected order.

TradersPost does not set a prop firm's payout terms or guarantee eligibility for withdrawal. Passing an evaluation or receiving a payout was not tested. Do not conceal prohibited automation or infer permission from another trader's experience.

Which Tradovate and ProjectX limitations matter?

The documented limitations can change the behavior of a seemingly simple alert-to-order setup. Read the connection-specific documentation before assuming a generic feature applies.

  • Tradovate quotes: the Tradovate integration documentation says it cannot fetch market-data quotes or show open-position profit and loss.
  • Tradovate limit orders: the same document warns that configured limit orders without a price in the signal result in a market order. Validate the actual signal and order behavior in an allowed test environment.
  • Tradovate API add-on: the documentation says Tradovate's separate paid API Access Add-On is not required for TradersPost. That does not waive all broker or data costs.
  • ProjectX brackets: the official prop-firm FAQ says ProjectX accounts do not currently support bracket orders through TradersPost. Do not assume an attached stop-loss and take-profit pair will accompany an entry.

The ProjectX FAQ suggests asking the firm about risk parameters in its own settings. Account-level limits are not automatically equivalent to a working protective order. We did not test either connection or resolve account-specific exceptions.

What happens if an alert or order fails?

The Known Limitations page says failed or rejected orders are not retried. It warns that a later broker rejection may not trigger a failure email, so notifications alone are not a complete safety check.

  • Delivery: third-party webhooks can arrive late or not arrive at all.
  • Conflicting signals: near-simultaneous instructions may race; the documentation recommends leaving one to five minutes between signals.
  • Trading frequency: the vendor explicitly says TradersPost is not designed for high-frequency trading.

These are disclosed limitations, not our measured failure rates. Know how to inspect the broker's real position, stop further automated submissions and handle unintended exposure. Do not assume turning off future signals closes an existing position.

Can you cancel, and are payments refundable?

The published terms say subscriptions renew monthly or annually until manually canceled, and payments are nonrefundable, including unused periods and automatic renewals. This is a summary of merchant terms, not a legal conclusion about consumer rights in every jurisdiction.

Cancellation is through the account's Billing section. The terms say a phone call or email asking support to cancel does not count as cancellation. They describe continued service until the renewal date when canceled beforehand; confirm the effective date in your account.

What do Trustpilot and Reddit reviewers say?

Trustpilot displayed 3.9 out of 5 from 62 reviews on October 21, 2026. This is a dated platform score, not a FundingCodes rating or an independently audited performance record.

  • Positive example: Jorge Montalvo's August 5, 2026 review praised professional service and execution. That is one customer's report, not evidence every account behaves the same way.
  • Critical example: a review by Jay Cardozian titled “fills are horrible”, posted April 30, 2026 about an April 29 experience, complained about execution delay. TradersPost's July 8 reply attributed the delay to webhook delivery before receipt. We did not independently verify either account or isolate each service's contribution.
  • Reddit example: in r/TradingView's “Webhook Bot” thread dated March 10, 2025, u/ILikuhTheTrade reported a year of use without problems. Other discussion emphasizes monitoring and the difficulty of separating alert timing from live results.

The Reddit thread also contains competitor promotion, which we do not treat as neutral evidence or firm permission. These selected reports are not a representative sample, and neither praise nor complaints establish a latency benchmark. No community profit claim is independently verified here.

TradersPost versus TradingView: replacement or complement?

For this workflow, TradersPost is the routing layer and TradingView is a potential charting and alert source. They can be complementary purchases rather than interchangeable subscriptions. Our TradingView review covers that separate charting product.

If you want a futures trading front end rather than alert routing, see our Quantower review. If you are evaluating a packaged automated strategy product, our QuantVue review covers a different purchase with its own upfront and recurring obligations. These are category distinctions, not a tested speed or profitability ranking.

Verdict: who should consider TradersPost?

  • Potential fit: an experienced trader who already has a tested signal process, a supported connection and explicit permission for the intended account use.
  • Poor fit: someone expecting a profitable strategy to be supplied, unattended income, high-frequency execution or an exemption from prop-firm rules.
  • Still unverified: live fills, uptime, support responsiveness, personal eligibility, account-specific protections and future billing or renewal behavior.

Compare the documented limitations with your exact workflow before paying. The subscription price is easier to quantify than the consequences of an unintended position or a rule breach.

TradersPost review FAQ

Is TradersPost a prop firm or broker?

No. TradersPost is self-directed automation software that routes your configured signals to connected brokers. It does not supply a funded account, hold your trading funds or guarantee execution, profits or payouts.

How much does TradersPost cost?

On October 21, 2026, published monthly prices were $49 Starter, $99 Basic, $199 Pro and $299 Premium. Annual billing displayed monthly equivalents of $41.65, $84.15, $169.15 and $254.15. Add-ons and other trading costs are separate.

Can TradersPost automate a prop-firm account?

Its documentation describes connections through Tradovate and ProjectX, but connectivity is not permission. Confirm automation, copying, signal-source and account-stage rules with the exact prop firm before connecting.

Does TradersPost support ProjectX bracket orders?

The official prop-firm page checked October 21, 2026 says ProjectX accounts do not currently support bracket orders through TradersPost. Confirm available account-level protections with your firm rather than assuming an attached stop and target will work.

Does TradersPost retry failed orders?

The Known Limitations documentation says failed or rejected orders are not retried. It also warns that some later broker rejections may not generate a failure email. Monitor orders in the broker, not only alert notifications.

Did FundingCodes test TradersPost with live trades?

No. We reviewed public documentation and community reports. A separate October 16, 2026 billing preview tested one Starter Monthly coupon configuration without payment. We did not connect a broker, place trades, benchmark latency or test renewals.

Sources and review boundaries

Official pricing, affiliate information, terms, connection documentation, known limitations and the prop-firm page linked above were checked October 21, 2026. Community sources were read the same day. The coupon preview remains dated October 16; reading that evidence again is not a fresh checkout test.

We did not buy a subscription, connect a broker, trade, benchmark latency, test support or verify profits or payouts for this review. Futures and automated trading carry substantial risk, including losses beyond an initial investment in some account arrangements. No tool guarantees a pass, payout or profit; this is general information, not financial advice.
